Gelato U.

I've debated going back to school, but I think I've made my decision. I'll be getting my masters at the esteemed Carpigiani Gelato University.

I bet orientation is delicious, I mean serious. Of course, they offer courses in the U.S. but why not go to the motherland and take an 8 week immersion course in Bologna, Italy?

I think I could be really passionate about this.

PS. I'm not really going to do this, but I bet it would be a super dense stratiatelli (or my favorite: bacio) blast!
