If you've been on my Instagram feed, you'll know I have a fascination with the restaurant Sqirl and it's proprietor: Jessica Koslow. My coworkers think I'm slightly obsessed with the toast offerings, but I've got no shame!  Sqirl seriously turns out some of the most beautiful examples of toast, ever.
